Ever since then, St. Patrick's Day has become one of my favorite holidays. Maybe that has something to do with the fact that I love: the color green, glitter, pretty clothes, corned beef & cabbage, soda bread, stories about leprechauns, and more.
So, this coming weekend we'll be making leprechaun traps, and plan our menu for Tuesday the 17th. Hope you do something fun that day too!

Ohh let me know what you make, I want to do something fun for my family. Oh did you hear that Tina and I are not longer VT companions? I still visit you but my partner is now Summer Bird.
Sandra, yes I heard about you and Tina not coming to visit me together anymore...It was sad news...
For St. Patrick's Day we're going to cook Corned Beef and Cabbage, Irish Gaelic Roast (it has garlic, chopped bacon, horseradish and basil in the middle. Side dishes are homemade mashed potatoes with real butter and cream in them. Julie will make some Irish Soda Bread. We haven't decided on dessert yet.
Anyway, I better get off the computer. This headache has lasted almost 3 days and looking at a computer isn't helping.
